General Policies

We recommend that Bog Beans ordered May through September be shipped second day air. They will be packaged in styrofoam with polar packs to preserve quality. We reserve the right to substitute products of the same or greater value when necessary.

 

Shipping Information

Ordered are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt, however, longer processing times may occur depending on the time of year, products ordered or unexpectedly high volume of transactions. Many products are produced and/or packaged as orders are received (for example, coffee may be roasted and/or freshly ground after an order is received). While this practice will help ensure optimal quality and freshness it may result in longer processing times. We will work diligently to process all orders as expediently as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt.

We offer overnight, 2nd day and standard (up to five business days) shipping via UPS. All delivery times are based on business days (for example, an order shipped using 2nd day on a Thursday would not arrive until the following Monday). If your order is contingent on the product shipping the same day that the order is placed, please note this fact in the comments section or call 1-800-248-8639. If we are unable to ship your order that day, we will cancel the order. The shipping times indicated are based on UPS delivery schedules and while rare, UPS errors and shipping delays outside our control may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control.
Substitutions

In the even that a particular item is out of stock, or we judge it to be of less than high quality or condition at the time an order is placed, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
