Have you ever noticed that little shop at the base of the Sagamore Bridge….a hundred yards or so from the landmark windmill? While the name has changed through the years, and surrounding businesses have come and gone, one constant has been the shop’s antique candy kitchen. Ever year tons (literally) of fudge continue to be produced at that location. On Saturday May 22, 2010, Cape Cod Specialty Foods celebrated the 30th anniversary of fudge making at that location.
